James has been practicing law since 2003 and is a founding member of Leger Ketchum & Cohoon, PLLC. James has a passion for helping those who have been injured due to defective products. Not afraid to fight the corporate giants, he works diligently and is dedicated to obtaining the highest possible compensation his clients deserve. James recognizes the physical and financial impact severe injuries can have on individuals and maintains a reputation for finding the right balance between overcoming large hurdles often associated with personal injury cases while remaining compassionate and understanding of the clients’ needs and objectives.  

James graduated from Baylor University with a dual major in finance and economics and went on to obtain his J.D. at South Texas College of Law. Having worked for two of Texas’ most successful law firms prior to forming LKC, he combines his “big firm” experience with a more personable approach to prioritize each client’s unique claim.
